Hello, I’m Gaia. I help leaders and organizations navigate complex transitions, aligning human transformation with strategic change so growth actually sticks.
My practice lives at the intersection of structural design and human depth. With 14+ years leading strategic design, organizational evolution, and global teams across fintech, enterprise, and creative contexts, I’ve built operating models, ways of working, and leadership frameworks that allow complex systems to scale.
Yet no structure endures if the people inside it remain in survival mode. That’s why I start where real change begins: how humans sense, decide, relate, and regulate. I help dissolve internal and structural blockers (both subtle nervous-system patterns and systemic pain-points) so clarity, authority, and authentic flow return.
My approach combines:
