Thank you for being here! I’m Gaia.
Since 2012, I’ve been helping people and businesses navigate big and small transitions. I guide you through chaos and fear, and help you start your next chapter with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
At 21, I left a secure career in physiotherapy in Italy to create my own path.
Here’s what that path looked like:
- 2012–2016: Advertising Art Director in Europe, China, the US, and the UAE.
- 2016–2017: In prisons in Italy and the UK – co-creating, mentoring, and building a business partnership to scale a Central Saint Martins rehabilitation venture.
- 2017–2018: UX and brand designer for one of the top 3 global consultancies and several SMEs.
- 2019–2024: Global design and strategy leader in a fast-paced Dutch fintech; lecturer for top educational institutions; and mentor for 70+ people during COVID, helping them land their dream jobs.
In late 2024, I made a major life change. I stepped away from corporate leadership – and a long-term relationship – to focus on my well-being and joy.
Since then, I’ve returned to writing and dance, produced my own shows, built LLM-powered apps, and become a certified transformative, trauma-informed somatic coach and yoga teacher.
My life is a story of navigating change and finding clarity.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping you start your next chapter. 😌
