I’ve lived across eight countries, led teams through crisis, rebuilt myself through burnout and addiction, and navigated the kind of identity transitions that don’t appear in any leadership manual. I know what it feels like when the structure of your life no longer fits who you’re becoming. It’s the reason I can sit with you through darkness and light without flinching, and why nothing you bring into this space will be too much.
What We Work On
People come to me during burnout recovery, career transitions, leadership recalibration, and all the moments where their old identity no longer fits the context. But this isn’t traditional performance or identity coaching.
Through somatic coaching, we work with your nervous system directly (not just your thoughts) because that’s where lasting change actually happens.
We work with your whole system toward integration:
- what your body is already telling you
- what emotions are asking to be felt
- what thoughts have been keeping you safe, and small
- and what becomes possible when all parts finally speak the same truth.

- 30 minutes, no agenda, no pressure. We talk about where you are, what’s shifting, and whether this feels like the right fit, for both of us.
Step 2: Sessions
- 90 minutes, online or in person, at a pace that suits your life (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Every session is led by what’s alive for you, not a predetermined curriculum.
Step 3: Support
- Notes, reflection prompts, somatic exercises, and direct email access keep the work moving between our time together.
Step 4: Integration
- Every package ends with a clear picture of how far you’ve come and tools that carry you forward from here.

What payment methods do you accept?
Somatic coaching is for people navigating burnout recovery, career transitions, identity shifts, or any moment where the old way of living no longer fits. Leaders, founders, and individuals who sense something needs to change, even if they can’t yet name what.
How is somatic coaching different from therapy?
Therapy is valuable and often looks at the past. Somatic coaching works with what’s alive in your body right now, using physical sensation, breath, and awareness as a map toward integration and forward movement. It’s practical, present-focused, and adapted to you.
Do you provide support?
Not at all. Most people arrive not quite knowing what they need, just that something has to shift. The first conversation is simply that: a conversation.
Where are sessions held? In what languages?
Sessions are available online or in person if you’re in Heidelberg. I work in English and Italian.
How long until I notice a difference?
Most clients notice a shift in the first session. The deeper structural change (the lasting recalibration) builds over time with consistent work.
