FAQs

What is somatic coaching?

Somatic coaching works directly with your body and nervous system (not just your analytical mind) to help you drop out of overthinking and move into clarity, body safety, and full-bodied presence. Rather than just talking about what’s wrong, we work directly with what your nervous system is holding so you can actually feel, integrate, and take action.

Who is somatic coaching for?

Somatic coaching is for high-capacity individuals, overthinkers, leaders, and practitioners who feel stuck in their heads, caught in survival loops, or navigating major life transitions. It’s for anyone who realizes that analyzing their problems isn’t changing how they actually feel, and who is ready to step into a life of genuine presence, joy, and aliveness.

How is somatic coaching different from therapy?

Therapy is valuable and often focuses on analyzing past experiences. Somatic coaching works with what is alive in your body and nervous system right now, using sensation, breath, and body safety as a foundation for integration and forward movement. It combines somatic depth with strategic clarity to help you build the life you secretly want.

Do I need to know what somatic coaching is before starting?

Not at all. Most clients arrive simply knowing they are stuck in their head, exhausted by overthinking, or sensing that something needs to shift. The initial 60-minute conversation is just a relaxed space to connect, talk about where you are, and see if this work feels right for you.

Where are sessions held? In what languages?

Sessions are held online globally, or in person if you are located in Heidelberg, Germany. I work fluently in English and Italian.

How long until I notice a difference?

Most clients feel a noticeable shift in perspective, grounding, or relief after the very first 90-minute session. The deeper structural change (e.g. rewiring old survival responses into sustained body safety and momentum) builds and stabilizes over time through consistent practice.
