Built to Last. From the Inside Out.
Strategic success is only as resilient as the people driving it. I align your internal operating system with your external delivery frameworks, across four interconnected layers.
01. People
- Engineering high-performance cultures through engagement, motivation, and human development.
02. Strategy
- Bridging C-suite vision with global field execution.
03. Operations
- Optimizing efficiency through standardized, scalable delivery.
04. Org Design
- Architecting resilient operating models for hyper-growth and crisis.
Where Strategy Meets Human
14+ years leading organizational design, change initiatives, and global teams across fintech, enterprise, and creative sectors. Built and scaled high-performing teams and operating models across EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.
Where most consultants stop at the structural layer, Gaia goes further, integrating strategic design, Gen AI expertise, and somatic intelligence to address the human conditions that make or break transformation.

She understood what I needed, and what I didn’t yet know I needed. Serious, reliable, and competent. Extraordinary job within the established time frame.
Maria Luisa Valente, Founder, AllYouCan.Fit
[Our coaching sessions] turned into a spiritual journey where I found parts of my identity that were blocking my path. I am so grateful for Gaia to hold that space.
